Make the transition to PennWest
We make transferring to PennWest quick and easy. You will receive an immediate admissions decision after submitting your transcripts for a PennWest credit transfer evaluation. After you have reviewed your transfer credit evaluation and received an admissions offer, you are ready for the next steps.
Submit enrollment deposit
Depositing permits a full degree audit to take place, which supplements the initial transfer credit evaluation. Review the final degree audit for any appeals.
Attend orientation
New Student Programs information will be mailed before the start of the semester. Students who transfer to a college-level math class or a college-level English composition course will not be required to take the placement/questionnaire test before attending orientation. Online students will receive information about an online orientation.
Select housing
If you plan to live on campus, we will send you instructions for our online housing
selection process.
Note: There is no on-campus living requirement if you are transferring more than 48 credits.
If you're commuting, you'll need a parking permit.
