Now it’s time to take the next steps toward completing your transfer. This page walks you through what to expect, the actions you’ll need to take and the support available to you along the way. Each step is designed to make your transition as smooth as possible, so you can move forward with confidence and stay on track toward your goals.
Submit Advanced Tuition Deposit
Submitting your deposit will unlock the pathway to an official credit audit, your first-semester schedule built by an Academic Coordinator, and the housing application.
Submit Final College Transcripts
To make the most of your credits, be sure to request your final semester transcripts to be delivered to admissions@pennwest.edu
New Student Orientation
This program is designed to give you timely information to prepare for the semester. You’ll meet with academic coordinators, faculty advisors, financial aid and more.
Housing and Meal Plan Contract
Transfer students with fewer than 48 credits from a previous institution are required to live on campus. You can complete your housing and meal plan application in your myPennWest portal.
