Transfer Admissions at a Glance
PennWest operates on a rolling admission basis, reviewing applications and materials as they are received. It is recommended that students submit all required materials at least 90 days prior to the start of the enrollment term.
GPA
For most programs, a 2.0 cumulative college GPA is required for admission. A lower GPA may be considered in certain circumstances, and a higher GPA may be required, depending on the major.
Transcripts
Transfer students must have all official college transcripts sent to the Admissions Office as part of the application process. If you have earned a minimum of 12 credits as a transfer student, you do not need to have your high school transcript sent unless otherwise noted. Once your application and transcripts have been received, you will be notified of your admission status, usually followed by an evaluation of your transfer credits.
