Guest Network Access

Make sure Private Wi-Fi Addressing is turned off.

If you are experiencing problems connecting to our wireless networks with your device, you may need to disable MAC Randomization.

Apple:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app
2. Tap Wi-Fi
3. Tap the blue “i” next to any network 
4. Turn off the toggle next to Private Address to mask your iPhone or iPad's Wi-Fi MAC address

Android:

1. Go to the Settings app on your device
2. Tap on Network and Internet or Connections, then Wi-Fi
3. Tap the gear icon next to the Wi-Fi name the device is connected to
4. Tap on MAC address type
5. Select Use phone MAC

Select PW-GUEST from available networks

If you are not automatically redirected to the following registration form, open a web browser and type in www.pennwest.edu .

Enter your information, accept the terms of use, and click Register to create your guest account.

If you already have a guest account, click Sign in

Your guest account username and password will be sent to the email provided;  the details will also be displayed as shown below:

Click "Login" to connect to the PW-GUEST wireless network.
