Organizations that join the PennWest California Educational Alliance enhance opportunities for verified employees to gain knowledge, skills and a college credential.

Educational Alliance benefits include:

  • Discount on tuition for the program selected (based on in-state rates).
  • Access to 120+ academic programs, including associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees, plus certificates and licensures. (Doctorates excluded.)
  • Online or on-campus programs in fields such as business, technology, healthcare, education and more.
  • Personalized service for students from Educational Alliance partner organizations.

Deferred billing is available, and students who enroll may qualify for additional financial aid.

Under the General Information section of the application, please select one of our Educational Alliance Corporate Partners relevant to you in the drop-down.

Submit employer verification form

Submit your employer verification form after you are admitted and during the timeframes listed below:

A new form must be submitted for every term you wish to apply the discount. The form must be dated and submitted between the dates listed below:

  • Summer: Between April 1 and May 1
  • Fall: Between June 15 and August 1
  • Spring/Winter: Between November 15 and December 15

*If submitted prior to these dates, your verification may be rejected.

*If submitted after these dates or if any section is not completed, there may be a delay in processing your discount.

Email verification form to partnership@pennwest.edu

Undergraduate and graduate students must email only the verification form to partnerships@pennwest.edu. Please place “Employment Verification Form” in the subject line and send during the dates shown above. Be sure to include your PWID and confirm the effective term in your email.

 

Forgot to indicate your partnership on your application? No problem!

Email us with your verification form and we will update your record. We will review and apply it to the appropriate term.
