We’re excited to be welcoming you to one of our three sister campuses - California, Clarion or Edinboro, or to our online division. We look forward to seeing you! Whether you’ll be joining us in person or online, here is some important information to help you prepare.

Email – You will be among the first to receive a PennWest email account as we move closer to the anticipated July 1, 2022, integration of our three universities. Together, we will become the second largest university in western Pennsylvania – Pennsylvania Western University or PennWest* for short. To activate your PennWest email, go to my.pennwest.edu.

Housing – We know many of you are looking forward to living on one of our three beautiful campuses. You will receive information in mid-March on how to apply for housing. Look for emails and texts for more information. If you have questions, please contact your Admissions team:

Financial Aid

Course registration – Incoming student’s first course schedules are built for them. Check your PennWest email beginning in May for information about how to view and confirm your schedule.

Welcome Weekend – We can’t wait to welcome you to campus in late August. New Student Move-in serves as the kick off to Welcome Week, which will assist you with adjusting to life on campus through a variety of activities and events. By participating, you’ll have an opportunity to meet other students and learn about expectations for your life on campus, both inside and outside the classroom. Learn more about Welcome Weekend.
