What is Title IX?

Title IX of the education amendments act of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities at institutions that receive federal financial assistance.

Inquiries, concerns or complaints of faculty, staff and students regarding sex discrimination or sexual misconduct should be directed to Ms. Amy Salsgiver at asalsgiver@pennwest.edu or by phone 814-393-2109.
