Welcome to PennWest! Your next step is to complete your Decision Reply Form in your acceptance letter through your application portal. Some programs also require a $100 tuition deposit: The $100 non-refundable deposit will reserve your place, allow you to begin registering for classes, and be applied toward your tuition.
Pennsylvania Western University’s federal school code is 003316 and can be used for each campus; California, Clarion, and Edinboro.

*All Doctorate and Speech Pathology programs require a monetary deposit. In addition, international students attending face-to-face will need to pay the deposit.

New Student Orientation for the Spring semester will take place virtually on D2L for both on-campus and global online students.
Registration for deposited students for Fall 2024 will open on February 17.
