University Communications and Marketing maintains the strategic direction and execution of all University-wide social media accounts and provides resources for university-affiliated social media accounts.
All new social media accounts require approval by University Communications and Marketing. If you are interested in creating a new social media account for a PennWest College, Department, or office, we recommend you check out our Social Media 101 presentation to get highlights of the social media policy and social media best practices. Requests to create new social media can be made by submitting this Social Media Interest Form for the PennWest UCM team to review.
University Communications and Marketing social media team should be granted full access
and credentials for any social media site posting on behalf of PennWest; accounts
will only be accessed in the case of a communications emergency.
