PennWest Clarion Symphonic Band, directed by Professor Andrew A.Ortega, will present its second spring concert, “Visions,” at 7 p.m. April 18 in the auditorium of Marwick-Boyd Fine Arts Center. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. This concert is free and open to the public.
