Engage is PennWest’s one-stop student engagement platform. Students can view and register for upcoming events, read important news, vote on elections and complete necessary forms. For assistance with Engage, contact Campus Life at CampusLife@pennwest.edu.

Campus Televisions

To advertise on campus televisions, employees can sign on to the MyPennWest portal, click “ACCESS OUR HELP DESK SYSTEM” on the IT Support Services card, select “New Service Request,” choose “Digital Signage Content Request” under the Digital Signage category and follow the instructions.


Employee requests for Marketing and Communications services – including website updates, videos, photography, graphic design, press releases, eNews and internal announcements should be entered via the Wrike project management system.
