Crystale Fleming is based on the California Campus, where she has served since 2009. She provides comprehensive support to students through proactive outreach, individualized coaching, and collaborative campus engagement. Fleming holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh. Her professional work is centered on promoting student persistence, academic success, and personal development.

Charles McConnell is an Erie, Pennsylvania native living with his wife, Taylor, and son, Bryson. He is a two-time graduate of Edinboro University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and Master of Arts in Communication Studies. He has worked at the University since 2018 and looks forward to supporting students throughout their academic journeys.

Amariliz Sanchez is a passionate advocate for helping students achieve their academic goals and brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education. She is proficient in strategic networking and building partnerships that positively impact the campus and community. Sanchez is bilingual, with advanced proficiency in Spanish. She holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from PennWest University.

Susan Staub is originally from North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. She and her family have also lived in Minot, North Dakota; Kinston, North Carolina; Athens, Georgia; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Staub is a two‑time Clarion University graduate, earning both undergraduate and graduate degrees in education. She has also attended Minot State University and the University of Georgia.
