Act 101 is a Pennsylvania state-funded program for students who have the potential for high academic achievement. The program provides access to a dedicated staff offering a variety of support services.

Eligibility for Act 101 is determined by:
Family income information provided at the time of application for the Academic Development
Program and is verified by a completed Free Application for Federal Student Financial
Aid (commonly known as FAFSA), which must be submitted each year. Eligible students
must be a Pennsylvania resident, be enrolled in 6+ credits per semester, and have
academic financial need per state requirements.
