Jim Geiger, MHA, CFRE

Jim Geiger provides strategic leadership for Pennsylvania Western University’s advancement efforts, including fundraising, donor relations, alumni engagement and external grant services. He leads teams responsible for securing philanthropic support that strengthens PennWest’s mission and expands scholarship opportunities for students. He also serves as the university’s liaison to the three campus-affiliated foundations, supporting coordinated engagement with more than 207,000 alumni.

Geiger has more than 25 years of experience in fundraising and alumni relations. In addition to his Advancement leadership, he serves as campus administrator for PennWest Clarion, where he is a member of the Campus Leadership Team and represents the university within the local community. He also provides oversight and cabinet-level leadership for PennWest Athletics, including the Clarion Golden Eagles, California Vulcans and Edinboro Fighting Scots.
