About Me
Dan Bennett is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computing and Engineering Technology. Previously he served as a systems administrator for the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Kent State. Dan earned his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Akron, and his M.S. and Ph. D. in Computer Science from Kent State University, specializing in parallel computing and scientific visualization. He currently advises the Computer Science Club and coaches the Programming Contest Team at Penn West Edinboro and enjoys working with students on advanced computing projects.
