Colby Hunsberger, DNP, RN, CNEcl

Dr. Colby Hunsberger is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing for the Associate of Science in Nursing Program at PennWest Clarion. He holds a certification in teaching from the National League of Nursing as a Certified Academic Clinical Nurse Educator. He has experience in Long-Term Care Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Oncology Nursing, and Quality Control. He currently works part time as a Medical Surgical Nurse at a local hospital. Dr. Hunsberger was appointed by Governor Tom Wolfe in 2022 and again by Governor Josh Shapiro in 2023 to the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
