Colby Hunsberger, DNP, RN, CNEcl

Dr. Colby Hunsberger is an Instructor in the Department of Nursing for the Associate of Science in Nursing Program at Pennsylvania Western University on the Clarion Campus. He holds a certification in teaching from the National League of Nursing as a Certified Academic Clinical Nurse Educator. He has experience in Long-Term Care Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Oncology Nursing, and Quality Control. He currently works as a Quality Assurance Coordinator in a part-time capacity. Dr. Hunsberger was appointed by Governor Tom Wolfe in 2022 and again by Governor Josh Shapiro in 2023 to the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
