PennWest announced the promotion of 22 faculty members at PennWest University for the 2025-2026 academic year. Of the 22 faculty members receiving promotions, one faculty member was promoted to assistant professor, 12 promoted to associate professor, and nine promoted to full professor.
The promotions took effect on Aug. 25.
“These promotions reflect years of dedication to teaching, scholarship, and service,” said Dr. Jim Fisher, interim provost and vice president for Academic Affairs. “Each faculty member honored has demonstrated excellence in their field and a deep commitment to student success and to advancing the mission of PennWest University.
