Pennsylvania Western University will host Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education 2025 Summit on Oct. 29–30 at PennWest Clarion and online via Zoom.
The free event is open to all PennWest faculty, staff, and students, offering a unique opportunity to join colleagues across the State System in advancing inclusive excellence and collaborative learning.
This year’s theme, “Together We Thrive: Building Inclusive Excellence Across the State System,” reflects a shared commitment to building welcoming, equitable, and innovative environments that empower every student to succeed.
The Summit will highlight effective practices, research, and partnerships that strengthen organizational culture, support student well-being, and foster resilience in higher education.
“The Summit offers opportunities to listen, learn, and work together toward greater equity by amplifying underrepresented voices, promoting well-being, and removing barriers to opportunity,” said Sheleta Camarda-Webb, associate vice president for CORE Strategic Initiatives in the Office of Community, Opportunity, Responsibility and Engagement
Faculty, staff, and students from across PASSHE are encouraged to contribute their insights and experiences to help shape the future of higher education across Pennsylvania.
