About Me
Dr. William Hunter is a professor at the Edinboro campus and current Chair of the English, Philosophy, and Modern Language Department at PennWest University. His teaching interests include African American and Genre Literature. He has published work on 19th Century Conversion Narratives, Oliver Saks, Frederick Douglass, and the Harry Potter Series. His current research interests include the works of Colson Whitehead. He also serves as the advisor to all of the theater organizations on the Edinboro campus. In this role, he works with students to produce a full season of plays and musicals.
