Bill Berger

Bill Berger serves as the executive director of Creative Strategy and Branding, where he leads the development and execution of integrated creative and brand strategies that advance PennWest’s visibility, reputation, and institutional goals. In this role, he oversees the production of marketing and communications materials across digital, print, and multimedia platforms, while ensuring consistency and alignment across all university communications and visual identity standards.

Bill brings more than 30 years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, graphic design, and communications, including nearly 25 years leading creative teams and marketing operations in both agency and higher education settings.
