Timothy Stevenson, DEd

Dr. Timothy Stevenson serves as associate dean in the College of Education, Arts and Humanities and executive director of the School of Education. In these roles, he provides strategic leadership across three campuses, advancing faculty development, strengthening student success, and guiding initiatives in recruitment, retention and academic program growth.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, Dr. Stevenson brings a deep commitment to preparing the next generation of educators. His work spans teacher preparation, partnership development with school districts, and instruction in music and education technology. He began his career as a music educator, grounding his leadership in classroom experience and a strong understanding of the evolving needs of students and schools.
