Dr. Brian Oddi Ph.D, CPT, PES, CSS is an Instructor in the Department of Exercise Science and Sport Studies. He holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from California University of PA and earned his Ph.D in Educational Leadership/E-Learning from Trident University in Cypress California. He has been working with the National Association of Speed and Explosion where he holds a position on the board of directors. He is a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT) a performance enhancement specialist (NASM-PES), and a certified speed specialist (NASE-CSS). He is very active in the strength and conditioning community and is a current member with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Ass. (CSCCa). Brian has been active in wellness and fitness, being drafted into the Canadian Football League (CFL) by the Ottawa Renegades and a member of the Hamilton Tiger Cats. He works with the general population, professional athletes, Army Rangers, and Marines. His research focus extends from speed development and performance enhancement to online learning styles.
