Kenneth Berlin, EdD

Dr. Ken Berlin is an instructor in the Educational Leadership Program.  He earned his Doctorate in Education from California University of PA.  Dr. Berlin is an active practitioner and brings a wealth of current content knowledge and theory to the Education Department.  He has worked in the field of public education for over 30 years and has been the Superintendent of the Wattsburg Area School District since 2013.  Prior to that, Ken acquired years of practical experience from his work as a principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.  In addition, he served as the Assistant Director of Educational Programs for the Northwestern Tri-County Intermediate Unit.  Dr. Berlin has been a featured presenter at the annual Pennsylvania School Board Association’s annual conference.  His research interests and expertise focus on leadership, school law, and the integration of technology into instruction.
