Antoni (Tony) Grychowski

Antoni (Tony) Grychowski serves as Controller at PennWest University, providing leadership for financial operations across the institution's multi-campus system — including accounting, financial planning, and student accounts. He oversees the university's revenue functions and ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial systems and reporting.

Tony brings more than a decade of experience in accounting and financial oversight spanning higher education, nonprofit organizations, school districts, and local government. Before joining PennWest, he led complex audits, managed single audits, and provided CFO level support to a large nonprofit organization — building a strong foundation in internal controls, compliance, and financial accountability.

He is passionate about financial stewardship in mission-driven institutions and bringing rigor, transparency, and operational excellence to the organizations he serves.
