Shayne Gervais, PhD

Dr. Shayne Gervais serves as associate vice president for Academic Services and University Registrar at Pennsylvania Western University. In this role, he provides leadership for the Office of the Registrar, overseeing key academic operations that support student progress and institutional effectiveness.

His areas of responsibility include the university catalog, curriculum processes, degree audit, registration, course scheduling, student academic records, graduation and transfer articulation.

Dr. Gervais brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including both domestic and international work, with a focus on advancing student-centered systems and supporting academic success across the institution.
