Brenda Marquis, MBA, SHRM-CP

Brenda Marquis serves as executive director of Human Resources and provides leadership for human resources operations across the university, including employee relations, labor relations, recruitment and policy interpretation. She works closely with university leaders and managers to ensure fair and consistent application of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements and university policies.

Marquis has two decades of experience in higher education human resources and labor relations within Pennsylvania’s State System of High Education and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP).
