Asri Jantan

Dr. Asri Jantan is an Associate Professor (Marketing) at Pennwest Edinboro. He joined the PASSHE system in 2008. Prior to Pennwest Edinboro, Dr. Jantan served at the State University of New York-Brockport, Savannah State University, and Ramapo College of New Jersey. He is a lifetime member of the Beta Gamma Sigma and Delta Mu Delta. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and International Academy of Business and Economics. He received his terminal degree in Business Administration (Marketing with an emphasis in International Business) from the Strome College of Business, Old Dominion University in Virginia in 2000. He also earned his Master of Science (Marketing) from the School of Business, University of Colorado Denver, in 1995. In career that spans over 20 years of instruction, Dr. Jantan has taught a variety of marketing courses at the undergraduate level. He also taught at the MBA level while he was serving at the College of Business at Savannah State University. His publications appeared in Industrial Marketing Management, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, and Services Marketing Quarterly. In 2013, Pennwest Edinboro awarded him with Scholar of the Year Award.
